I haven't received the confirmation email required in order to confirm my registration. How do I know if my registration has been confirmed?
Because the confirmation email from the system is server-generated, some email spam blockers will incorrectly interpret the message as junk mail. If this happens, you may have to:
- Check your spam folder
- Contact your on-site IT or email administrator to add emails from "improvingmipractices.org" to the local whitelist
- Contact us during live support hours using the chat tool to the right
