Crack Cocaine is a highly addictive drug. It is a form of cocaine that has been "chemically modified or "cooked" so that it will become a gas when heated. Usually smoked in a glass pipe, it can also be injected. Cocaine is often mixed, or "cut", with other substances such as lactose and glucose, to dilute it before being sold.

Cocaine is a stimulant drug. These substances speed up the messages between the brain and body, causing sensations of euphoria and energy.
