Individual Placement and Support-IPS (formerly known as Supported Employment) courses and resources. IPS is a strengths-based approach to vocational rehabilitation for people with serious mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorders.  IPS emphasizes helping people obtain competitive work in the community that anyone can apply for, that pays at least minimum wage. It provides supports necessary to best ensure success in the workplace.

When do we use the TG modifier with the H2023 code?

You should only use the TG modifier after scoring at least FAIR, GOOD or Exemplary following completed and current fidelity review. 

How often should we have a fidelity review?

Fidelity reviews should be conducted:  

-Annually for "non-fidelity and FAIR scores

-At least every other year for GOOD scores

-At least every 3rd year for EXEMPLARY scores.
