Course Overview

The purpose of this information guide is to help licensed therapists and team leaders who are currently part of or who are looking to join a DBT team, prepare to take the DBT practice knowledge exam. This guide does not guarantee that you will pass, however, it will help to guide you in being as prepared as possible, to narrow your focus on what topics you will be expected to know, and to give you an overview of the exam format. The exam will be taken on-line at www.improvingmipractices.org. Each examinee will need to make sure they are enrolled to utilize the site, and if not, can make arrangements by contacting Alyson Rush at rusha@michigan.gov. This is a closed-book exam. Referring to any materials, or to colleagues during the exam is strictly prohibited.

What People Are Saying

It was easy to use. I liked the fact that I could listen to the narrator instead of reading all the information myself.
