Topics Covered

ACT 201-E Team Leaders Topics Covered in 2020:

ACT team leaders will review the ACT model, team roles, functioning and examine ways for improving team cohesion.  Highly functioning teams achieve better treatment outcomes and retain staff over time.

Additional Considerations

ACT 201 is approved as MDHHS ACT Specific training and is one choice for the annual Medicaid Training requirement.
